Payment Method
Webgility accepts credit card payments for its services. Upon signing up for a subscription service, customers are charged immediately for any applicable one-time fees and/or annual subscription fees. Customers can also integrate their Authorize.net, PayPal, or QuickBooks merchant services account with Webgility to process payments offline for all orders or just for those orders that have been created manually.

How To Open A Webgility Account?
To open an account on Webgility, follow these steps:
- Login to Webgility Online.
- Click on the humanoid icon at the top right corner.
- Click on My Account.
- If you want to add an add-on user for your Webgility online account, then enter the email address in the email field and click SEND to send the invite to additional users.
- An invitation will be sent, and the user will be added to the user list. Add-on users need to accept the invitation and create a password for Webgility's online login. The status will change to active as soon as the user accepts the invitation.
- Account Settings (Enable 2 Factor Authentication): Check the checkbox that says, “Enable 2-Factor Authentication” and click on Save to enable the 2-factor authentication. When enabled, 2-Factor Authentication will require a one-time passcode to be entered upon logging into Webgility. The passcode will be sent to the email address on file for the account.

Webgility's Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Payment, Refunds and Upgrading: A valid credit card is required to receive services from Webgility. Subscription services are charged immediately for any applicable one-time fees and/or annual subscription fees. Monthly plans are charged at the end of each month based on usage. Annual and quarterly plans may incur monthly charges for monthly order overages or services, including but not limited to Webgility Insurance.

30-Day Refund on Annual Plan Purchases: If an annual subscription is cancelled within 30 days of initial signup, any paid subscription fees will be refunded. Implementation fees for services not yet rendered will also be refunded. Completed implementation services and paid customizations will not be refunded. Annual subscription fees are not refundable after 30 days of initial sign up. Monthly and Quarterly subscription fees are not refundable.

Cancellation: Subscription can be cancelled by submitting a cancellation request to billing@webgility.com 7 days prior to the subscription renewal date. Upon canceling the subscription, the account will be disabled and access to any content or features of the products and/or services to which subscribed will no longer be available. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service. If on a post-paid monthly subscription (charged at the end of the billing cycle), the account will need to be settled upon cancellation. One final charge will be made for any unbilled services.

Termination: Webgility has the right to suspend or terminate the account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time.
